About your hosts

This podcast is brought to you by soul sisters and red-neck pagans Funky Chicken and Loose Goose, straight from the lazy couch in the Baobab kot. We’re just two young women looking for the meaning of life, in a way.

United by creativity, paganism and humour; our mission is to create both a humorous and serious podcast for ours and hopefully your entertainment: This is our way of gaining wisdom and sharing what we learn.

We are rarely in the same country and as such we have created our very own astral space from which we record our podcast:a little cottage in a Baobab Tree, called the Baobabkot. We sit around, dream, eat cookies, drink tea and occasionally have an amazing insight.. We have chosen to situate our cottage in the nook of an enormous Baobab tree due to to Funky’s obsession with Africa and baobab trees and due to our very bright and vivid imagination. It is our firm belief that life would be unbearably boring without a healthy dose of imagination! 

Life is a party. ..a reggae party, where nobody can be bothered to actually get up and dance.

 So sit back and relax, get yourself a bowl of delicious snacks and a steaming cup of hot chocolate, coffee, tea or a glass of wine and get up and dance with us!
